Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter, and brown sugar together. Add the egg, milk, and vanilla and beat to combine.
3. Add the almond flour, salt, baking powder and Apple Crumble Superfood. Mix until just combined.
5. Using two tablespoons, scoop the batter and place a few cm apart on your baking tray.
6. Bake the cookies for 10 to 13 minutes, until lightly browned and still slightly soft and the centre.
7. Let the cookies cool before transferring to a baking rack.
