Ingredients

1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup milk of choice
2T Apple Crumble or Peach + Nectarine Superfood
1 apple grated with the peel on or fruit of choice
A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
½ tsp maple syrup or to taste (optional)

Instructions

1. The night before, combine oats, milk, 2T superfood mixture, maple syrup (if using) and ground cinnamon into a pot. Stir to mix well. Cover with a lid and place into the fridge.  

2. The following morning, stir in the grated apple or top with fruit of your choice. 1.
