Tasty and filling

The amount of protein in them helps me to feel full for longer rather than reaching for food again an hour later so it has made it easier to eat meals and not snack all the time. Every flavour is tasty- I don't think I could choose a favourite.

First time

As a first timer this has been a learning curve, in terms of taste, volume and effect.
Not so keen on the Apple but very much like the Berry and the Peach.
Definitely don't need as much volume as advised but that's because of everything else I put in.
Keeps me full until lunch time (if not after) so no problem.
All in all, great product, like the taste and very easy to use.

Great breakfast

I first tried a sample at the Women's Expo & purchased the Berry flavour... which I enjoy on my wheetbix with milk. I've now purchased all 3 flavors & enjoying them all. Is a great was to easily add extra protein to my brekky 😋😋 online orders r processed very quickly too... thumbs up all round 👍
