At Treasured Morning, your happiness is our priority! That’s why we offer a Happiness Guarantee for your peace of mind.
Happiness Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll refund you – no questions asked. This guarantee is limited to a maximum of three bags (e.g., a three-pack bundle) per customer. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund.
Change of Mind
We are not obliged to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully before finalising your order.
Faulty Goods
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. This may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the nature of the fault.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide details of the issue, including any relevant photos, to help us understand the problem.
