Fried Honey Banana Breakfast Bowl

2 ripe bananas
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
Treasured Morning High Protein Superfood
Vanilla Bean Yoghurt


1. Peel the bananas and slice them in half lengthways.
2. In a pan over medium to medium high heat and add the oil, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Stir to combine.
3. Add the banana slices, and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden and caramelised. Be sure to watch the heat and turn it down if it browns too quickly.
4. Once the bananas are cooked, add to a bowl with your favourite Treasured Morning cereal, vanilla bean yoghurt and extra berries if desired. Enjoy!
