1. In a small saucepan, add the oats along with your choice of milk or water, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Stir everything together quickly.
2. Place the saucepan on the stove over medium heat. Keep a close watch as the mixture heats up.
3. As soon as the mixture starts to boil, begin stirring frequently. Continue stirring for about 3-4 minutes, or until the liquid is fully absorbed. Be careful not to let the oats stick to the pan, as this can create a mess. If you are using quick-cooking oats, the liquid will absorb faster, so keep an even closer eye on the mixture.
4. When the oats are nearly done, add the High Protein Superfood and stir through.
5. Once the liquid is absorbed, remove the saucepan from the heat. Cover the saucepan and let it sit for an additional 2-3 minutes before serving.
6. Place in your favourite bowl and top with maple syrup or honey, grated apple, yoghurt, cinnamon and another Tbsp of cereal.
