Ingredients

1 cup Medjool dates (about 12)
1/2 cup Treasured Morning Berry High Protein Granola + extra
1/4 cup quinoa puffs
1/4 cup cacao powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
2-4 tbsp melted coconut oil (depending on consistency)
¼ tsp Himalayan salt
¼ cup chocolate chips or cacao nibs
Shredded coconut to coat

Instructions

  1. Pit the dates, then add them to a high-powered blender or food processor. Blend into a chunky paste.
  2. Add the rest of your ingredients and pulse until just combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls, then roll again in a bowl of more Treasured Morning Granola + coconut to coat.
  4. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy.
