Ingredients
1. Mix nut butter, honey (if using), coconut oil, vanilla, granola, and cinnamon in a bowl.
2. Press mixture into a lined or greased tin.
3. Melt dark chocolate and spread evenly over the base
4. Sprinkle with sea salt and freeze for 1 hour.
5. Slice into bars and store in the fridge or freezer for up to two weeks.
