Terms and Conditions - Thermomix TM7 Competition

1. Acceptance of Terms

Entry into the Promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

2. Promoter

The promoter of this Promotion is HPB Company Limited (trading as Treasured Morning), with its registered office at 103D Barrett Road, Whalers Gate, New Plymouth Taranaki 4310 (“Promoter”).

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion starts at 29 September 2025 7pm and ends at 6 November 2025 7pm (the “Promotion Period”).

4. Eligibility

  • Entry is open only to individuals who are 18 years or older at the date the Promotion Period starts (“Participant”).
  • Employees of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, agents, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  • Participants must be residents of New Zealand.

5. How to Enter

Eligible Participants may earn entries into the Promotion by completing one or more of the following actions during the Promotion Period.

  • Purchase an Early Access Pack from Treasured Morning's official website:
    • Purcahse an Early Access Two Pack to receive 20 entries into the draw.
    • Purchase an Early Access Double Duo (Four-Pack) to receive 45 entries into the draw.
  • Social Media Story:
    • Post a story on your Instagram or Facebook featuring either the Carrot Cake or Honey One granolas, or showing the Early Access Pack, and tag @treasuredmorning to receive 15 entries into the draw. Stories must be posted from a public or visible account to ensure eligibility.
  • Masterclass Question Submission:
    • Submit a question for the Treasured Morning Masterclass, which will take place on 6 November 2025 at 7 pm, to receive 10 entries into the draw.

Participants may complete multiple eligible actions to accumulate additional entries. All actions must be completed during the Promotion Period to qualify.

6. Entries

  • Each Participant may earn multiple entries as per entry methods described.
  • Entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period to be valid.
  • Any purchase or action that is reversed, refunded, or found invalid will not count.
  • Use of automated, fake, or bot entries is prohibited. 

7. Prize(s)

  • The main prize is one (1) Thermomix TM7 unit. The Winner will be responsible for purchasing their own subscription to Cookidoo.
  • If the Winnder is present at the Masterclass at the time of the draw (6 November 2025, 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm NZT), they will also receive a monthly subscription of four (4) boxes of Treasured Morning granola, in flavours of their choice, delivered each month to a New Zealand address for six (6) months. 
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • If the stated prize (or any part of it) becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The Winner will be selected by random draw during the live Treasured Morning Masterclass on 6 November 2025, which will commence at 7:00 pm (NZT).
  • The draw will be conducted by the Promoter in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Winner will be notified by email, phone, or social media using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
  • If the Winner does not respond within 14 business days of notification, the Promoter may select an alternative Winner by way of a further random draw.

9. Claiming the Prize

  • The Winner must provide proof of eligibility if required.
  • The Winner must claim the prize by within 14 days of being contacted. 

10. General Conditions

  • Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.
  • Promoter is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage except as required by law.
  • Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion or Terms if necessary.

11. Privacy

  • Participants consent to their personal information being used for administering the Promotion and contacting Winner(s).
  • Participants also agree to Treasured Morning’s Privacy Policy.

12. Publicity

By entering, the Winner agrees the Promoter may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Laws

Any dispute arising out this agreement shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treasured Morning is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (such as lost profits, lost data, or business interruption).

In all cases, Treasured Morning’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed five hundred NZD dollars (NZ $500).

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

15. Miscellaneous

  • Incomplete, indecipherable, or tampered entries may be disqualified.
  • Promoter may cancel a prize if a Winner breaches Terms.
  • Participants are responsible for costs incurred in entering unless otherwise stated.
  • If Winner is underage, parent/guardian consent may be required.
