Ingredients

1 medium banana
½ cup of berries
½ cup of leafy greens
2 tbsp nut butter
¼ cup of Greek yoghurt
1/3 cup of milk or milk alternative
1/3 cup High Protein Breakfast Superfoods

Instructions

1. Place all of the ingredients together in a blender and mix for 1 minute or until smooth. To make the smoothie thinner add more milk or milk alternative and blend for an additional 25 seconds.

2. Serve on its own or over ice for a chilled drink.
